Privacy Policy
Privacy
Delphi by Promethean Research is an exclusive B2B survey and interview group for digital agency leaders. We are committed to protecting your privacy and using your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what professional data we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights as a participant.
Data We Collect
We only collect professional information necessary for our research and network administration. This may include:
Contact and Identity: Your name, work email address, job title/role, and the name of your agency or company.
Survey/Interview Responses: Your answers to quarterly surveys and any optional research questions, including opinions, experiences, and business insights you share.
Participation Details: Records of your participation (for example, which surveys you took and when).
Incentive Information (if applicable): If you choose to join a paid survey or interview, we may request additional details (such as a mailing address or payment info) only to deliver your incentive.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. Participation is voluntary.
How We Use Your Data
We use the data you provide to:
Produce Aggregated Insights: Responses are combined to identify trends, benchmarks, and industry outlooks.
Create Reports and Briefs: Quarterly briefs and webinars summarize results. All reporting is done in aggregate and anonymized form.
Share Relevant Findings: Results are shared with Delphi members. Occasionally, delayed highlights may be published publicly, but always in anonymized form.
Network Administration: Contact information is used to send survey invitations, updates, and webinar details.
Optional Research Engagements: If you opt into additional studies, your data is treated the same way: anonymized and aggregated.
We do not use your data for unrelated marketing or any other purpose.
No Personal or Company Information Sharing
We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or your company’s identifiable information to any third party. All results are reported in aggregate, and no participant or company is identifiable.
The only exception would be if required by law, in which case we would only disclose what is legally necessary.
If we ever wish to share a quote or case study that could identify you or your company, we will ask for your explicit permission first.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to support Delphi operations, such as:
Email platforms to send invitations and reports
Online survey tools to collect responses
Cloud services to store or process data
These providers are obligated to keep data confidential and secure, and they cannot use it for their own purposes.
Voluntary Participation
Participation in Delphi is entirely voluntary. You may:
Decline to take part in a survey or interview
Opt out of Delphi at any time
Choose whether to participate in optional paid research opportunities
Your standing in the group is not affected by whether you join optional activities.
Data Retention and Deletion
Active Membership: While you are an active member, we retain your contact details and responses for ongoing research.
Leaving the Program: If you withdraw, we will remove your identifiers (such as name, email, and company). We may retain anonymized survey and interview responses for research integrity and longitudinal analysis.
Deletion Requests: Upon request, we will remove your personal identifiers from our systems. Your anonymized responses may remain, but they will no longer be linked to you in any way.
This allows us to maintain research quality while respecting your privacy.
Your Rights and Choices
As a participant, you have the right to:
Access the professional contact data we hold about you
Request corrections to your information
Opt out of communications at any time
Withdraw from Delphi and request the removal of your identifiers
Please note: Delphi operates as a reciprocal network. Access to exclusive reports and webinars is reserved for members who contribute at least once per quarter (with a grace period). If you choose not to participate or if you withdraw, you may lose access to these benefits.
We respect your privacy choices and will honor any request to remove your identifiers. However, access to Delphi insights is contingent on active membership and participation.
Confidentiality and Security Measures
We treat all information as confidential. Only authorized Promethean Research staff can access your identifiable data.
We use secure systems and industry-standard practices to protect your information, and all reporting is anonymized and aggregated.
While no system can guarantee complete security, we take every reasonable measure to protect your data.
